Any bridges between hotel and nearest Vaporretto stop? Stairs in lower apt? I have a mobility scooter so it can’t do stairs. We would need a triple and a double, preferably with showers.

Dear Client, in Venice there are 462 bridges, we do have stop close to our Locanda you can reach it without climb steps but our building is from 1500 and there are three floor, no room in ground floor in the first only de luxe.

Would it be possible to leave our luggage in the hotel before we can enter our room because we will be arriving early. (07:45 a.m.) Also on the day of departure might it be possible to leave our luggage in the hotel until 21:45 p.m.?

Of course, it's possible to leave the luggage before check in and after check out time

Can we check in late? We will be arriving in Venice around 7:30pm or later. Is this okay? Thank you.

it's not a problem unless you receive the code for the front door to check in. Our front office is open with operator until 12.30 , later arrival are guarantee by the self check in

Do you have late checkout at Shabat?

Dera Guest first we do not have manual key for the main door, we gave to the clients a code they have to digit to acess to the palace. Second our check out is within 11.00 , our guest may leave their luggage in our property

You are in Venice not in Los Angeles, we do have everything close by

From treviso airport you may take the shuttle bus Atvo ( look for Atvo.it in your browser ) that will lead you in Piazzale Roma in about 1/1.30 hour depend to the trafic, on the web site you will find prices and timing.

Our train arrives at 18:42 can we have late check in?

to check in after 12.30 you must have the code fro the front door, we send it to you once you complete the reservation

We do not have kettle in the room, we provide breakfast but we do not have a bar o self service facilities

check out time is within 11.00 am , no late check out . We do allow guest to leave their staff in a part of the locanda under their responsability, in 25 years we never had problem

Everything to be honest. Exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious. Had a very charming vide. Centrally located which is most important, about 5 minutes from station. Very professional service.

A great authentic Venice experience.
A really clean and comfortable hotel with loads of genuine character. Great location, away from the really touristy areas with choices of facilities nearby. Close to a Vaperetto stop as well. Some of the check in instructions felt a bit strange but everything worked perfectly and had been well thought through.
Slightly difficult to find the entrance at first. Tea and coffee facilities would make it even nicer.

Requested crib, later a confirmation message was left to check if i will pay 30 euros per night when i m there, only then i ll get the child crib. However i missed to read the message and only read it when I was there, and had to sleep pn the same bed which was difficult
